By accessing or using ctrlp.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed and approved the provided proof for your order.

Once the proof is approved, the responsibility for any errors, including but not limited to typographical mistakes, design issues, or layout errors, lies solely with the customer.

No changes can be made after the proof is approved, and the order is submitted for production.

A digital proof will be provided for all custom orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Verify spelling, grammar, design, layout, and dimensions.

• Ensure the files meet the required specifications (e.g., resolution, color mode).

• Production will not begin until written proof approval is received from the custome

• CTRL+P is not liable for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use all content provided for printing, including text, images, and designs.

We do not accept content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or violates intellectual property laws.

By submitting files for printing, you acknowledge and agree that Ctrl+P may share these files with trusted trade partners or production facilities strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order. However, we will not use, sell, or distribute your files for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Customers agree to indemnify CTRL+P against any claims arising from the use of unauthorized or infringing content.

While we strive to match colors accurately, variations may occur due to differences in equipment, materials, and monitor calibration.

We are not responsible for color discrepancies resulting from files provided in RGB or incorrect file setups.

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rush orders may incur additional fees but are not exempt from potential delays caused by technical or logistical issues.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

If we make an error in production, we may reprint the order or issue a refund at our discretion.

Customers must report any issues or defects within 2 business days of receiving their order. Failure to do so will indicate acceptance of the product.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for reshipping due to incorrect details.

CTRL+P is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to product.

• Errors or issues present in the approved proof.

• Any damages exceeding the total value of your order

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
